Terms, in plain language.

5 Balls of Life is a product of Center of the Bullseye LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. When this page says “we,” that’s us. When it says “you,” that’s the person using the app. When you sign up or pay, you’re agreeing to these terms.

Access to the course: four recipes (5 Balls of Life, Imagined Future, Ikigai, Center of the Bullseye), the auto-generated warm-intro email, and your full session history — including the ability to redo each recipe and compare your check-ins over time.

Recipe 1 is free, no account required. Recipes 2–4 unlock with a one-time payment ($49 USD at time of writing, subject to change for new buyers — you keep whatever price you bought at).

“Lifetime access” means: as long as the app is operating. We’d expect that to be a very long time, but if we shut it down (the company folds, we sell it, etc.), we’ll give you at least 60 days notice and a way to export everything you wrote.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Charges show up on your statement as Center of the Bullseye LLC.

Money-back if it doesn’t help.If you go through the recipes and feel they didn’t deliver, email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are case-by-case but we try to be reasonable.

Use this for yourself, or for someone you’re mentoring or coaching. Don’t:

• share your account login with other people who haven’t paid (we built it for individual reflection — buy a second seat if you want a friend or family member to do their own course)
• copy, screenshot, or republish the course content (the questions, frameworks, prompts, and example narratives) for commercial use without our written permission
• use the app to harm yourself or others, harass, or do anything illegal
• try to break, scrape, or overload the service (rate limits will stop you anyway, but it’s rude)

Most users will never come close to any of this. If you do something abusive, we may suspend or terminate your account.

The course content is ours.The four frameworks, the prompts, the example narratives, the structure of the recipes — that’s the IP of Center of the Bullseye LLC, developed over Dan Gertsacov’s 25-year career. Don’t copy it for commercial use without permission.

Your reflections are yours.The answers you write in each recipe, the imagined future you compose, your Ikigai sentence, your bullseye plan, your network list — all yours. You can download everything, share it however you want, delete it from our systems, and we won’t use it for anything except running the app for you.

What we promise:we built these frameworks based on Dan’s actual career and thousands of hours coaching real people. They’ve worked for hundreds of users so far. We promise to keep the app running, keep your data secure, and keep improving the content.

What we don’t promise: that this gets you a specific job, a specific salary, or a specific outcome. This is a self-reflection tool, not a recruiting agency or a guarantee. The warm-intro email at the end of Recipe 4 is a draft you have to send and follow up on. Career outcomes depend on you, your network, and a lot of luck. We give you frameworks and a plan; you do the work.

This is not professional advice. 5 Balls of Life is not a substitute for therapy, financial planning, legal counsel, or medical care. If your reflections surface something that needs a professional, please talk to one.

We’re a small team building this in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is capped at the amount you’ve paid us (so, up to $49). The app is provided “as is,” without warranty beyond what’s required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

You can leave any time. Delete your account from the account page. Your data goes with you (download first if you want a copy).

We can suspend abuse. If you violate these terms (sharing logins, copying content for commercial use, harassment), we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.

If we make material changes (anything affecting payments, your data, or what you owe us), we’ll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Minor wording fixes get the date stamp at the top updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, where Center of the Bullseye LLC is registered. Any disputes we can’t resolve by talking will go to courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
